Colette is currently on a sabbatical from teaching and
performing while she continues her work on
ALCHEMY of the DIVINE: Visions of Initiation and Transformation,
a multi-media project which will include an initiatory book,
a DVD journey through the alchemical mysteries,
an online “Oracle of Alchemy,”and a selection of prints from the ALCHEMY of the DIVINE series.

In March of 2007 Colette had the honor of performing poetry at an event celebrating the life and work of Huston Smith, scholar of world religions. This event was sponsored by Rev. Gina Rose Halpern and the Chaplaincy Institute for Arts and Interfaith Ministries, and included tributes from China Galland, Pico Iyer, Shabda Khan, Phillip Scott, Dean Alan Jones, and a group of Whirling Dervishes, among others.
